By Definition, it is the Avoidance of Doing a task that needs to be accomplished. Sometimes, Procrastination takes place until the "Last Minute" before a Deadline. Procrastination can take hold on any Aspect of Life“”putting off Cleaning the Stove, Repairing a Leaky Roof, Seeing a Doctor or Dentist, Submitting a Job Report or Academic Assignment (like John PERRY for example !) or Broaching a Stressful Issue with a Partner. Procrastination can lead to Feelings of Guilt, Inadequacy, Depression, and Self-Doubt.
- "LA VIE INTENSE - UNE OBSESSION MODERNE" (The Intense Life - A Modern Obsession) By Writer and Philosopher Tristan GARCIA and published in FRANCE by Autrement Editons.

For a long time, the Ideal of Intensity had been bolstered by its Opposition to Figures epitomizing the Negation of Vital Intensity. The Libertine, the Romantic, the Electric Youth braved Social Norms and challenged Pillars of the Established Order such as the Priest, the Magistrate, or the Professor. As long as they remained attached to a Particular Moral Content, the Intense Person could find Anything Worthwhile, except the Ennui of People who are not Fully Alive. To be more precise, even this Ennui could be of Interest, provided it was Strongly Felt, a Kind of Fabulous Ennui.
Tristan Garcia defines Intensity as the Principle of Systematically Comparing a Thing with Itself. No External Rules determine its Goodness or Beauty. And if Values are Relative and there´s No Objective Truth, then you cannot judge a Thing´s Worth. You can, however, determine how Extreme it is. He writes that we aim for the Intensification of what Already Exists. And because Intensity is not the what, but the how, we can use Ploys to spice up our Bland Existence. He compares the Difference in the Meaning of an Ethic and a Morality. An Ethic is Adverbial, it´s how you do Something. A Morality is Adjective, it´s what you do that Matters. To be Ethical is to do Things in a Good Way and to be be Moral is to do Good Things.
- ATLAS DES MIGRATIONS - Un Equilibre Mondial A Inventer" (Map Of Migrations - A Global Balance To Invent) By Catherine WIHTOL DE WENDEN, published in FRANCE by Autrement Editions. The Author goes through Different Chapters as follow : Migrations : The Main Features. Europe, Important Attraction Pole. The South Moving : Arab World, Africa, Asia. The New World : Land Of Immigration. Political Stakes For Tomorrow.

According to the United Nations Population Division, an International Migrant is Someone who has been Living for one year or longer in a Country other than the one in which he or she was born. This means that Many Foreign Workers and International Students are counted as Migrants. Additionally, the UN considers Refugees and, in some cases, their Descendants (such as Palestinians born in Refugee Camps outside of the Palestinian Territories) to be International Migrants.
With the Refugee Crisis in Syria, the Result of the US Presidential Election and the Brexit Vote, it´s no Surprise that the Movement of People is such a Major Talking Point. The World is experiencing the Biggest Displacement of People since the Second World War, with more than 22 million displaced from their Home Countries. More than 1 million People arrived in Europe in 2015 alone....
